An institute's greatest strength is the alumni which has played an effective role as its ambassador. The AIAIMS Alumni Association is a body of MBA graduates of the Allana Institute of Management Studies. It's primary objective is to interact with its alumni and make them actively participate in their alma mater's functioning and also at the same time help them revive old memories.

Ever since its inception, the association has been actively undertaking numerous activities and has resulted in instant success with the help of its alumni .In its attempt to develop a closer relationship among the students, the faculty and the alumni, the association organizes a wide range of activities. This includes lectures, placement talks for current batch, and also alumni get together.

Talks by eminent speakers are well on the agenda of the association. The graduating batches every year are welcomed into the association with open arms.
The institute has a policy of conducting the Alumni meet as it gives the institute pride to see their students in large numbers, all together at one place
