Mr. Bagdadi emphasized on Accelerating BPO Services by leveraging the technological infrastructure advantage. Mr. Subir Bhatnagar spoke on India’s movement from BPO Services to KPO Services by moving up the value chain and he emphasized that Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) as tremendous scope in the years to come.
Dr. A.K. Sengupta, Director, SIES Institute of Management Studies, Nerul, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion expressed his deep concern for outsourcing industry.
