This is the flagship course of the University of Mumbai and was started in 1983, and the Institute started in 1999. Since its inception, the Institute has had a consistent track record of extremely good results. The specializations offered are Marketing, Finance, Operation, Human Resource and Information Systems.

Anjuman-I-Islam’s Allana Institute of Management Studies (AIAIMS) is approved minority institute by the Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The criterion for admission has been decided by the competent authority of the Govt. of Maharashtra viz. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) promulgated through their public notification for admission every year.
The 50% seats are filled through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP), conducted by DTE issued by DTE notification every year.
The remaining 50% of the course is reserved for Minority and Management Seats.

1. In order to secure Admission the Candidate must have passed with min 45% marks in aggregate in any Bachelors Degree of min 3years duration.
2. Candidate must have appeared for Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by DTE. |

Criteria for Muslim Minority Quota: |
Appeared for the Common Entrance Test (CET), GD & PI conducted by DTE for the academic year and secured non zero CET score excluding the score of GD, PI, Past Academic Record (PAR) & Work Experience (WE). |
